Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery 

Our UK deliveries will be carried out by either Royal Mail or DHL. Please provide your email address and phone number at checkout to ensure the couriers can contact you regarding your deliveries. 

UK Standard Delivery

We estimate that you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Standard delivery to the UK is £4.95, free standard delivery is included for orders over £99.00.

UK Next Day Delivery

We have next working day delivery option for UK customers between Monday-Thursday. Orders have to be placed before 12 noon.

Next working day delivery via Royal Mail to the UK is £11.99.

Overseas Delivery

Our overseas deliveries will be carried out by DHL. Please provide your email address and phone number at checkout to ensure the courier can contact you regarding your deliveries. 

Europe - Standard Delivery

For European deliveries we estimate your goods will be with you in 3-5 working days with standard delivery.

Standard delivery to Europe is £25.00.

Please note: As of 1st January 2021 all European orders will incur a charge of local VAT charged by the local courier service on delivery, (this is applied by the receiving country).


Standard Delivery to USA/International Countries

Standard delivery for USA / International customers is £60.

We estimate you should receive your goods in 3-5 working days of ordering with standard delivery.

Please note: Duties may be applicable to USA/International orders, (this is determined by the value of the order and is applied by the courier in the receiving country.


Exceptions - We do not ship to the following countries:

India, Israel, Japan, Saudi Arabia

Returns and Exchanges

Full Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with the products you have purchased they can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please note we do not refund the cost of postage.

Refunds will be returned to the card used for purchase. Postage on items for exchange will be free of charge. If you require an exchange please use the returns slip to tell us what you would like your item to be exchanged for.

Parcels are returned to us at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking details and proof of delivery information as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit and these goods will not be classed as returned.

If you have provided us with an email address we will let you know when we have received your returns.

Refunds & Exchanges of Faulty Items

If you receive your item and it is faulty we will offer you a full refund of the item and a refund of your delivery costs. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Please let us know exactly what is wrong with your item on the returns slip. Please make it obvious on your returns slip if you would like a replacement or refund for the faulty item. Replacements will be sent out with free delivery.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days in the UK and 28 days for the rest of the World.
