Delivery and Returns

Most of our deliveries will be used using UPS. If you provide your email address and phone number at check out UPS can contact you directly regarding your delivery. They will also give you the opportunity to amend your delivery e.g. leave with a neighbour or change the date of your delivery. All items delivered will require a signature.



UK Standard Delivery

We estimate that you should receive your goods within 2-3 working days of ordering.

Standard delivery is free to all customers.

UK Next Day Delivery

We can offer a next working day delivery option for UK customers. Orders have to be placed before 12pm.

Next working day delivery in the UK costs £9.99.

For European deliveries we estimate your goods will be with you in 5-7 working days on standard delivery. For International deliveries we estimate your goods will be with you in 7-10 working days.

Standard delivery is free for all customers.

Next Day Delivery

We are able to offer a next day delivery option for our European customers. Orders must be placed before 12PM GMT.

Next day delivery to Europe is £23.99

Speedy Delivery to USA and other International Countries

We can offer a speedier delivery for those customers living in the States and other international countries. Orders must be placed before 12PM GMT.

Speedy delivery for USA customers is £29.00 and for other international customers is £35.00

We estimate you should receive your goods in 2-3 working days of ordering.




Full Refunds and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with the products you have purchased they can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please note we do not refund the cost of postage.

Refunds will be returned to the card used for purchase. Postage on items for exchange will be free of charge. If you require an exchange please use the returns slip to tell us what you would like your item to be exchanged for.

Parcels are returned to us at your own cost. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of your delivery as items lost in transit will not be classed as returned.

If you have provided us with an email address we will let you know when we have received your returns.

Refunds & Exchanges of Faulty Items

If you receive your item and it is faulty we will offer you a full refund of the item and a refund of your delivery costs. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs.

Please let us know exactly what is wrong with your item on the returns slip. Please make it obvious on your returns slip if you would like a replacement or refund for the faulty item. Replacements will be sent out with free delivery.

Faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days in the UK and 28 days for the rest of the World.
